ON THE APPLICATION OF SOME DIGITAL SEQUENCES TO COMMUNICATION.

Abstract

The effects are discussed of filtering a random binary sequence with certain finite memory, lin ear and nonlinear filters. The statistical prop erties of the filtered sequence are considered. In the analysis of linear and nonlinear systems, no new techniques are presented. Instead, stand ard methods of analysis are used to obtain some new results which have potential applications in communication systems. (Author)
