NEW PHASE IN INVESTIGATING THE COSMOS,
Abstract
Recent manned flight results have revealed a multitude of new possibilities for future scientific investigations. Radio and TV communi cations between cosmonaut and Earth have been checked and highly valuable experience was obtained for subsequent flights. The action of a number of improved systems has been investi gated, systems assuring orientation, flight control and descent to Earth of piloted ships satellites. Further experiments can now be conducted at an even greater scale and with greater reliability.
