KA-BAND CRYSTAL PROTECTOR.
Abstract
A plan was established to investigate three design approaches and to select the best one for the final units of a K band crystal protector. A preliminary life test was started on a gas tube at 10 kw to pinpoint possible problem areas. Some low level design work on windows, resonant elements, and limiter configurations has been accomplished. (Author)
