PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE FOR THE MANUFAC TURE OF DEFLECTRON DEVICES.

Abstract

A vacuum-metallization technique for the manu facture of the Deflectron device has been devised. Fixture design and filament configu ration have been developed and installed. Ceramic substrate parts and related materials are being procured for the pre-production runs for the CY1.1-33 degree. The facility is being made ready. (Author)
