THERMODYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF METHANE AT HIGH DENSITIES,

Abstract

The specific heats at constant volume and pres sure and the sound velocity have been calculated from an empirical equation of state based on a series evaluation of the P.V.T. data of Kvalnes and Gaddy. The low density results agree well with those previously calculated. These values are nended up to 600 Amagats. (Author)
