THE WHY AND W OF COMPUTING IN THE SECONDARY SCHOOLS,

Abstract

Assuming that knowledge of computing and com puters is good and that large numbers of people must be trained and educated each year from now on. The question is, do we want this training and education to begin prior to college. It is obvious that many believe that computing be longs in the high school, but the reasons need examination.
