STUDY OF THERMAL MICROWAVE AND RADAR RECONNAIS SANCE PROBLEMS AND APPLICATIONS.

Abstract

Some problems in the measurement of background radiation and thermal emission from isolated targets at microwave frequencies are discussed. Measurements of sky background temperature at 3 cm show little effect of overcast cover except near the horizon. (Author)
