THIN METAL FILM DETECTION SYSTEM.

Abstract

Results are presented of work performed in the development of thin film sensors for the de tection of low concentrations of water in liquid nitrogen tetroxide. The effect of water con centration and temperature on the response rate of the films is presented. Responses, as in crease in sensor resistance, of 50 divisions per minute have been obtained for water concentra tions of 0.1% by weight. (Author)
