RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TO DEMONSTRATE THE FEASIBILITY OF A HIGH INTENSITY SOUND GENERATOR.

Abstract

The primary objective of this program is to re search and develop an engineering model of a high acouic intensity device based upon the direct coversion of thermal energy to sound energy which will be audible over an area of 1000 sq. mi. The basic sound generation element is to be a high frequency detonation tube. (Author)
