Abstract

The development of measurement techniques in the millimeter and submillimeter range has been ac celerated by improvements in sources and the de velopment of transmission systems including con ventional dominant mode waveguide, TE01 mode circular waveguide, oversized rectangular wave guide and free-space transmission systems with and without beam-guiding techniques.
