INTEGRATED INTENSITY STUDY OF SOME 1-OLEFINS (C6-C13) BETWEEN 700 AND 500 cm-1.
Abstract
The integrated intensities of a series of 1-olefins, hexene through tridecene, were meas ured. In all cases the compounds were studied as pure liquids. The integrated intensities were obtained by direct integration using the Cabana Sandorfy method. The results are discussed in relation to the instrumental parameters neces sary to record true band shapes and intensities. (Author)
