AN ON-LINE SUB-PROGRAM FOR THE DETERMINATION OF EIGENVALUES AND EIGENVECTORS WITH GRAPHIC CONVER GENCE MONITORING FEATURES,

Abstract

The sub-program described has been prepared for on-line use with the computing equipment of the Experimental Dynamic Processor, DX-1, in analytical studies of systems behavior. The method and implementation for the determination of eigenvalues and eigenvectors are described, followed by a description of the on-line sub program and an example of its use. (Author)
