THE POLYHEDRON AS A SWITCHING CONCEPT

Abstract

A preliminary evaluation is presented of two of the regular polyhedra, the icosahedron and the dodecahedron, and modification thereof, as possible configurations for a survivable switching network concept, involving two interconnected rings of switching points.
