Abstract
A presentation is made of the standard forms that are presently used in the daily activities of the Douglas Aircraft Company in the per formance of design, manufacture and service functions. From this report it will be seen that the essential elements of reliability control are achieved. Because of the number of forms and multiplicity of channels employed, an example is shown to illustrate the use of these forms. It is hoped that in this way a more thorough understanding of these fundamental processes can be obtained. (Author)
