THE AERODYNAMIC AND HYDRODYNAMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE NOL MINIATURE SONOBUOY, AN/SSQ-46,

Abstract

This report is a summary of the aerodynamic and hydrodynamic portion of the development program for the NOL Miniature Sonobuoy, AN/SSQ-46. Aerodynamic data were obtained in the NOL Supersonic Tunnel No. 1 at Mach numbers 0.35, 0.50, and 0.63. The trajectory study was conducted on an IBM 7090 computer. (Author)
