CONCERNING UNSTEADY ONE-DIMENSIONAL GAS MOTION WITH HEAT INPUT IN A CHANNEL OF VARIABLE CROSS SECTION,

Abstract

With certain assumptions, an approximate solution to equations of one-dimensional, unsteady gas motion can be obtained. The solution is expressed in terms of Bessel functions, and contains an arbitrary number of constants. Two possible methods of determining these constants are discussed. (Author)
