DAILY AND MONTHLY NORTHERN HEMISPHERE 10-MILLIBAR SYNOPTIC WEATHER MAPS OF THE YEAR 1963. PART I. JANUARY - MARCH.
Abstract
A new series of 10-mb maps for 1963 is given which contains also the isotherms and is supplemented by a mean January map covering a five year period. This mean map was calculated by means daily grid point values taken from the maps published for the years 1958, 1960, and 1962, from the maps of 1959 that were in print, and from the maps of 1961 which fo1r this purpose were supplemented by additional data and reanalyzed.
