PRINCIPLES OF PHYSICAL POWDER METALLURGY (OSNOVY POROSHKOVOGO METALLOVEDENIYA),

Abstract

This book describes the properties of metal powders and the processes by which they are pressed and sintered. These problems are considered as they apply to heat-resistant, compacted, hightemperature corrosion-resistant, friction, antifriction, and other cermet materials. A large portion of the book is devoted to quality-control methods for powder materials. This book is intended for research workers and engineers concerned with the application of cermets in various branches of technology. (Author)
