NATIONAL ARMAMENTS AND INTERNATIONAL FORCE.
Abstract
This study of the feasibility and desirability of an international military force (IMF) in an armed, disarming, and disarmed world is based upon the assumption that a general and complete disarmament (GCD) treaty, along the lines of the US Plan of 1962, becomes operational in 1966 and that general disarmament is achieved in 1975. To facilitate analysis, the armed world of 1966, the half-disarmed world of 1970, and the fully disarmed world of 1975 were chosen for examination. (Author)
