AMPLIFIER CHAINS.

Abstract

Presented is the development of an amplifier chain using negative grid tubes and having a total power gain of 50 db at a power output of 100 KW. The 3 db bandwidth was better than one percent with a center frequency of 432 Mc. The design provides the same phase characteristics for each of the four delivered amplifier chains. (Author)
