TRANSPORTATION-VIBRATION TEST OF PERSHING MISSILE SYSTEM TACTICAL SHIPPING AND STORAGE CONTAINERS. PHASE IV.

Abstract

This test subjected a modified tactical first stage container for the PERSHING Missile System, and its dummy load, to a rough road test designed to duplicate the vibration spectrum specified during truck transportation. This test was conducted by the Test and Evaluation Laboratory at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama at Test Area 3 in August 1963. (Author)
