MICROMINIATURE CRYSTAL UNITS CR-(XM-47)/U.

Abstract

A description of the four basic parts comprising the microminiature unit is presented. The construction of the header, mounting structure, cover and crystal blank are briefly discussed. Welding problems associated with mounting structure assembly and cover sealing are taken up in detail. (Author)
