THE DEFORMATION OF CU3AU AT ELEVATED TEMPERATURES,

Abstract

The variation of mechanical properties in Cu3Au was investigated over the temperature range 25 C - 550 C using constant strain rate and constant stress tests. The yield stress of the ordered alloy was found to be temperature dependent reaching a maximum near the critical temperature Tc. (Author)
