MULTI-ANGULATION MULTI-LATERATION PROGRAMMING REPORT,

Abstract

Given nominal locations of a set of observation stations, simultaneously observed values of unit vectors from these stations to a so-called ''flare point'' and/or simultaneously observed values of the range to a number of so-called ''range points'', a nominal value for the speed of light standard deviations for all measurement errors, station location errors and errors in the speed of light, the program determines corrected locations of the observation stations, location of all flare points and range points, suggested shifts in all datums, a correction to the speed of light, a calculated value for the bias in the range observations and standard deviations for the errors inthe above outputs.
