Development of an Orally Effective Insect Repellent

Abstract

The object of this program is to develop an internally administered insect repellent. During this report period, testing of benzamide compounds was continued. In addition, studies on the distribution of diethyltoluamide-c14 (DEET-c14) in mice, as determined by whole-body autoradiography and radioassay techniques, were initiated.
