ORGANIZATIONAL SOCIALIZATION IN THE EARLY CAREER OF INDUSTRIAL MANAGERS,

Abstract

This report describes the basic study design used in the investigation of organizational influences on attitudes and values. Some preliminary results based on two out of the three panel groups are presented, and illustrative results on influence are briefly discussed to highlight methodological problems. (Author)
