MICROELECTRIC MODULES FOR DIGITAL APPLICATIONS.

Abstract

This is the final report on microelectric modules for digital applications prepared by the General Electric Company, Electronics Laboratory. A compatible family of three thin film microelectric digital building blocks was designed and fabricated. The building blocks can be used to perform four levels of logic per clock period synchronized by a two-phase sinusoidal clock whose frequency can be set arbitrarily from zero to 10 megacycles in the temperature range -65 C to +110 C.
