Abstract

The determination of functional groups on the microgram scale (ca. 50 microgram samples) continued. The present report describes methods developed for the determination of: Sulfhydryl groups; Nitroso and other nitrogen- containing groups; Vicinal glycols (Malaprade reaction); Olefinic unsaturation.
