Abstract

This twentieth report in a series reviewing Soviet developments in tracking missiles and space vehicles is based on source materials received at the Aerospace Information Division from January 1963 through May 1963. Information not directly related to the assigned subject has been included because of its broad implications for study in this field. Topics covered in this report are (1) ion clouds and ionosphere perturbations and (2) radio astronomy.
