FIRE RESISTANT HYDRAULIC FLUID FOR SUBMARINES.
Abstract
Model compounds for the hydrolytic stabilities studies are being prepared. Basic structures in the fluorinated phosphate and fluorinated phosphonate classes have been prepared and synthesis continues on structurally altered forms. In addition, representatives of the phosphinate class are being prepared. The oven for hydrolytic stability tests has been obtained (not on contract funds) and is undergoing preliminary check out.
