RESOURCE UTILIZATION IN MARRANGANSETT BAY.

Abstract

This report covers the work of the first seventeen months of a three-year research project on Marrangansett Bay, Rhode Island. The project has two basic objectives; first, to analyze the unique aspects of resource use in a particular estuarine region, and second, to provide a case study of marine orientation within one coastland complex which could have application in other coastlands as well.
