APPLICATION OF LIGHT AND IMAGE INTENSIFICATION.

Abstract

Astudy of PC materials was started by measuring and calculating fundamental semiconductor characteristics of 3 CdSe PCcells both in lateral (coplanar) and in sandwich constructions. Data of measurements and calculations for one cell are presented in this report. The formulas used for the calculations are listed. (Author)
