PERTURBATION ANALYTICITY AND AXIOMATIC ANALYTICITY: CONNECTION OF LANDAU EQUATIONS WITH JOST DANAD MANIFOLD,

Abstract

It is shown that for a certain class of Feynman graphs the singularity manifold as given by the Landau equations can be parameterized in a form very similar to Jost DANAD. In particular for n=4, the boundary to this perturbation singularity domain is shown to be precisely the p-space DANAD called (DANAD)'. The relationship between (DANAD)' and DANAD is a precise generalization of the relationship which exists between KallenWightman surfaces for the 3-p 1nt func3iThe present result implies that the envelope of holomorphy of the union of permuted tubes cannot be continued beyond (DANAD)'. Since (DANAD)' defines a natural domain of holomorphy, it is suggestive that (DANAD)' might well turn out to be part of the envelope of holomorphy. (Author)
