EXCITATION AND DETECTION TECHNIQUES FOR MILLIMETER WAVE TRANSITIONS.

Abstract

Major effort has been directed toward the operation of the electric resonance spectrometer. The present status of this experiment is described and improvments in the electron bombardment detector, as well as deflection and refocussing of the molecular beam, are discussed. The developments in supporting work are also treated. (Author)
