Abstract

Efforts concern the establishment of a Production Engineering Measure to improve production techniques for the manufacture of 22 microfarads, 50 volt solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors capable of performing to a maximum failure rate of 0.001% per thousand hours with a 60% confidence level.
