RELIABILITY CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN.

Abstract

The current status of the reliability recommendations for power supplies A, B, C, E, and the +6 volt and -24 volt regulators is indicated. In the attached appendix, the reliability recommendations for each power supply and regulator are listed, including the action by Sylvania Design Engineering, comments on the date effective and the possible or expected change in failure rate in %/1000 hours.
