A STUDY PROGRAM TO MODIFY THE VIBRATION REQUIREMENTS OF SPECIFICATION NO. MIL-T-5422E(ASG).

Abstract

The methods and results of laboratory and analytical programs conducted are presented to correlate the vibratory damage potential of fixed frequency dwell and logarithmic cycling tests. Fatigue curves for laboratory specimens and avionics equipment, analysis of service environmental parameters aboard military aircraft, and a vibration test procedure to replace that of Specification No. MIL-T-5422E(ASG) are also included.
