MILLIMETER WAVE TRANSITIONS FOR FREQUENCY CONTROL.

Abstract

Results for the power shift of the Cs resonant frequency are derived in a new way. New data is presented on the surface ionization efficiency of several materials, and Iridium is shown to give the best results yet for Thallium with 3.3% and S/N nearly equal to 30. Additionally, a brief report is given on the progress in evaluating the matrix elements for H2S. (Author)
