A PERSPECTIVE ON ANCHORAGES FOR DEEP OCEAN CONSTRUCTIONS,

Abstract

A preliminary survey of anchorages for deep ocean construction was made to define areas were present technology is lagging. This report summarizes the findings by discussing requirements, present technology, and major problems. A proposed program to develop a deep ocean anchorage capability is offered. (Author)
