A STUDY OF PROPAGATION MEDIUM RF NOISE.

Abstract

The characteristics of the space frequency spectjum of a signal travelling through the troposphere are discussed from both theoretical and experimental points of view. The experimental results are found to agree with the theoretical conclusions in several important respects. Some experimental results concerning ionospheric effects upon the space frequency spectrum are also briefly discussed. (Author)
