SINGULAR PERTURBATIONS AND SOME NON LINEAR BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEMS,

Abstract

The solution of boundary value problems for parabolic equations (or systems), linear and non-linear, in non necessarily cylindrical domains, are limit (in suitable topologies) of solutions of bounday value problems for elliptic equations (or systems). This singular perturbation result is proven for the NavierStokes system of equations. (Author)
