PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE FOR MULTILAYER PRINTED WIRING BOARD.

Abstract

Efforts were continued on the establishment of a production engineering measure for multilayer printed wiring boards. A further evaluation of the selected sequence of manufacturing steps was conducted. Two new process sequences were intro duced to improve the efficiency of the entire process. The required number of engineering samples were manufactured and one group is under going tests. Testing of samples of epoxy fibre glass thin base laminates was completed and a specification for thin base laminates prepared. (Author)
