The Preparation of difluoroaminotrifluoromethoxytetrafluorosulfur(VI), CF3OSF4NF2

Abstract

In this investigation, CF3OF and SF4 were allowed to react in the presence of N2F4 in order to learn whether a product containing both NF2 and CF3O groups would be formed. This turned out to be the case. Physical properties, nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectra are reported.
