PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE.

Abstract

The objective of this report is to improve production techniques, thereby increasing the reliability of certain components. To achieve the stated goal failure rates, a systematic plan was initiated to eliminate the overriding failure mechanism of weak bonds. Initial planning and scheduling in all areas are finished. In addition, the following technical activities have been initiated or completed: design, assembly, photochemistry, and reliability and verification. (Author)
