This report was prepared to provide a history of the receipt-through-launch processing of Flight Test Missile (FTM) 695, and to provide results, conclusions, and recommendations developed from the test data. Test Operacions and related activities are described in detail with special emphasis placed upon identification of Weapon System Deficiencies. (Author)
