REPORT OF INVESTIGATION OF CAVITATION EROSION RESISTANCE AND RELATED PROPERTIES OF POTENTIAL HYDROFOIL STRUCTURAL ALLOYS AND COATINGS

Abstract

This report describes investigations of the cavitation erosion resistance of potential hydrofoil structural alloys and coatings. Relationship between resistance to cavitation erosion and other mechanical and chemical properties of these materials are also discussed.
