XC-142A VTOL TRANSPORT PROGRAM

Abstract

Progress on the XC-142A program is reported. Numerous test programs were initiated and some completed, including the basic wind tunnel tests of the 0.110 scale model and the control system bearing wear tests. The tooling effort reached its peak at the end of June with approximately 72% of the overall tooling task having been completed.
