MICROWAVE-PLASMA COMPONENTS STUDY,

Abstract

An equivalent microwave circuit is proposed to exhibit the main features of the electron cyclotron resonance interaction in a waveguide. The essential part of the circuit consists of a nonreciprocal transmission line and similarly coupled resonant circuit. The experimental effort on the plasma package is discussed and some experimental difficulties reviewed. (Author)
