Abstract

Efforts were directed toward the following tasks: equipment for testing photomultiplier tubes was designed, fabricated, and tested. Methods for measuring sensitivity, capacitance, noise performance, and d-c operating characteristics of photovoltaic cells were devised and the appropriate equipment fabricated. Measurements of sensitivity, capacitance, and d-c operating characteristics of three typical photovoltaic cells were made and the results tabulated. (Author)
