SHELF LIFE OF AQUEOUS SOLUTIONS OF STANNOUS FLUORIDE,

Abstract

The effect of age on the ability of 10% aqueous solutions of stannous fluoride to protect enamel surfaces from acid decalcification was evaluated in vitro. Solution ages ranged from fresh to 18 months. There was no significant loss of protective effectiveness associated with the age of the stannous fluoride solutions. (Author)
